• Schedule that was sent to and accepted by Nationals states the amount as of 11/11/03
• Actual Board Members – Wayne to email the list of the board members and the members that aer up for re-election
• Post Card to be sent out on January 4^th on the current events for Spring of 2004.
• Homecoming
• Pig Pickin
• PJ Golf Tournament
• Jim is going to move the PO Box to the University Area

· Back Door needs to be repaired. Possible date to Fix will be after Christmas.

Next Meeting: January 20, 2004 at 6:00 Tuesday at the e Graduate near the University

Board will work outline to determine Pig Pickin and the Post Card Information
